30-Day Return Window
If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and kept in its original condition. When possible, please include the original packaging when sending the item back. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt, is required for every return request.

Return Process

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. OaeFaMa™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Once your returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by OaeFaMa™.
